Marinated Razor Clams

INGREDIENTS:

1 tin Mariscadora Razor Clams In Olive Oil (strained)

1T razor clam olive oil

¼ Vidalia onion (sliced thin)

2 cloves garlic (sliced thin)

1t Calabrian chili powder

1 ½ T Bragg’s liquid amino acids

1 ½ T apple cider vinegar

1t fish sauce

½ lemon (juice & zest)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl except the razor clams.

  2. Fold the razor clams in and wait one hour before serving.

  3. Serve with your favorite pickles, mustard and crackers.
